seedsynth provides an SMS-first creative service for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, dashboard, SMS/MMS messaging, and related services.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, website, Google Maps link, email address, phone number, billing details, messages, photos, videos, captions, feedback, and other content you submit.

We also collect service information, such as login activity, dashboard actions, uploaded file metadata, message delivery records, device/browser data, IP address, cookies, and payment or subscription status from our payment processor.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve seedsynth, including onboarding your business, verifying your phone number, receiving photo and video uploads, creating content drafts, sending service updates, supporting approvals and revisions, billing subscriptions, securing accounts, preventing abuse, and responding to support requests.

SMS and MMS Messaging

When you enter your phone number, request a verification code, check the SMS consent box, text seedsynth, or otherwise ask us to contact you by text, you consent to receive transactional and conversational SMS/MMS messages from seedsynth at the phone number you provide. Messages may include verification codes, onboarding instructions, media intake confirmations, content approval requests, revision conversations, account notices, and customer support replies.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at admin@seedsynth.com. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share messaging data with service providers, such as telecommunications and hosting providers, only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Children

seedsynth is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
